Account context and CRM

Give every government pursuit your CRM context.

A promising signal is only part of the account story. Connect HubSpot to see who your team already knows, what is in motion, and where the next conversation should start. Keep the research and the relationship in view together.

Put account context to work.

Research the opportunity with the account history in front of you. Save the company and the people worth pursuing back to HubSpot.

  1. 1

    Start with a qualified buyer

Open the buyer behind a relevant signal. Check HubSpot context for existing relationships, deals, and activity before choosing an outreach target.

  2. 2

Research the people you still need

Use existing HubSpot contacts first, then research additional stakeholders in Settle or through a connected Apollo account.

  3. 3

    Save the useful work

Add the company or contact to HubSpot, or use configured company creation when tracking a buyer. Matching records are reused and missing fields are filled.

Settle + HubSpot

What you can do together.

See the relationship before reaching out

View the linked company or contact, associated deals, owners, and available activity from HubSpot on the buyer record. Existing CRM contacts can also appear during contact discovery.

Connect research to the right record

Link a buyer to an existing HubSpot company or contact. Settle can match companies by domain or name and reuse matching records when you save research to the CRM.

Fill the gaps in your CRM

Save companies and contacts from Settle. Existing records keep their populated fields; Settle fills missing details and can associate a contact with its company.

Keep the signal with the account

Company sync can add a summary of tracked signals as a HubSpot note. Your team can open the CRM record from Settle and continue working with the account context attached.

Getting connected

Put HubSpot to work with Settle.

Requires a Settle workspace with CRM or Signals integration access and permission to authorize the HubSpot account. Automatic company creation is configurable. Confirm integration access and workflow scope with the Settle team.

A few details

Common questions.

What can Settle read from HubSpot?

Settle can retrieve companies, contacts, associated deals, owners, and available account activity. Linked CRM context can inform buyer research and briefs, and existing HubSpot contacts can appear in contact discovery.

Does Settle overwrite our existing CRM data?

Company and contact sync fills missing fields rather than replacing populated fields. Matching records are reused where possible. Tracking a buyer can involve a separate owner decision; owner handling depends on whether the action is interactive or automated.

Does this automatically synchronize every HubSpot object?

The integration supports buyer context and specific company, contact, association, and signal-note workflows. It is not a blanket synchronization of every CRM object or a promise to create deals automatically.

Do I need Apollo or Instantly to use HubSpot?

No. HubSpot can supply existing account and contact context on its own. Apollo adds people discovery and enrichment; Instantly adds campaign delivery when your team needs those steps.

Keep the context moving

Use each connection on its own, or combine the steps that fit your sales process.
