Refer & Earn Promotion Terms

These Refer & Earn Promotion Terms govern Settle's referral promotion. By participating, you agree to these terms.

1. Promotion Overview

Settle users can refer eligible teams to Settle using their unique referral link. If a referred team becomes a paying Settle customer, the referring user may be eligible to receive a $1,000 Amazon gift card.

New customers who sign up through a valid referral link may receive the equivalent of 1 month of Pipeline or Pro free, applied as a discount to the monthly pricing under an annual contract. An annual contract is required to receive the referred customer offer.

2. Sponsor

This promotion is offered by Settle. Amazon is not a sponsor of, affiliated with, or responsible for this promotion. Amazon gift cards are subject to Amazon's applicable gift card terms.

3. Eligibility

To participate as a referrer, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have an active Settle account in good standing.
• Use your own referral link.
• Comply with these terms and any applicable laws.

Settle employees, contractors, agencies, and anyone else involved in administering the promotion may be excluded from earning rewards.

4. Qualified Referral

A referral is considered qualified only if:

• The referred team is new to Settle.
• The referred team signs up using the referrer's valid referral link.
• The referral attribution is successfully captured by Settle.
• The referred team enters into an annual Pipeline or Pro contract.
• The referred team becomes a paying Pipeline or Pro customer.
• The referred customer remains in good standing and does not cancel, refund, dispute, or reverse payment before reward approval.

Existing customers, existing active sales opportunities, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, and referrals already known to Settle may not qualify.

5. Referral Attribution

Referral links use a ?via=parameter to identify the referrer. Referral attribution may be stored for up to 30 days after a visitor clicks a referral link. If a visitor clicks multiple referral links, Settle may determine attribution based on the most recent valid referral link or other reasonable attribution rules. Settle's records are the final source of truth for referral attribution and reward eligibility.

6. Referrer Reward

For each qualified referral, the referrer may receive one $1,000 Amazon gift card. Rewards are issued only after Settle verifies that the referred team became a paying customer and the referral meets these terms. Rewards are not automatic, transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash. Settle may substitute a reward of equal or greater value if needed.

7. Referred Customer Offer

New customers who sign up through a valid referral link may receive the equivalent of 1 month of Pipeline or Pro free, applied as a discount to the monthly pricing under an annual contract. This offer is not a month-to-month free trial. To receive the offer, the referred customer must enter into an annual Pipeline or Pro contract. The discount will be reflected in the applicable order form, subscription terms, invoice, or other checkout process approved by Settle. The referred customer remains responsible for all other amounts due under the annual contract. The offer applies only to eligible new customers and cannot be combined with other promotions unless Settle approves otherwise. The offer has no cash value and may not be transferred.

8. Disclosure Requirement

If you share your referral link publicly or recommend Settle in a way that could influence others, you must clearly disclose that you may receive a reward if your referral becomes a customer.

Example disclosure:
“I may receive a reward if you become a Settle customer through my link.”

9. Prohibited Activity

Settle may deny, revoke, or withhold rewards for activity that appears fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or inconsistent with the purpose of the promotion, including but not limited to: self-referrals, creating fake or duplicate accounts, referring companies already in Settle's pipeline, spam or unsolicited messaging, misrepresenting Settle, the offer, or the reward, using paid ads, bots, scraping, or automated distribution without Settle's approval, or any violation of applicable law or platform rules.

Legal Information & Final Decisions

10. Taxes

Referrers are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, or other costs associated with receiving a reward. Settle may require tax forms or other information before issuing a reward.

11. Changes and Termination

Settle may modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time. Changes will not affect rewards already earned and approved, unless fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms is discovered.

12. Privacy

Settle may process referral information to administer the promotion, attribute signups, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, and measure referral performance.

13. Final Decisions

Settle has sole discretion to determine whether a referral qualifies, whether a reward has been earned, and whether any activity violates these terms.
