Find opportunities through conversation
Search RFPs and buying signals, inspect deadlines and available documents, and compare opportunities using the fit context available to your workspace.
Conversational research and workspace actions
Ask about the opportunities your team should pursue, the buyers behind them, or the work still needed on a response. Settle brings workspace context into ChatGPT so you can investigate and move the work forward in the same conversation.
Ask a useful question, inspect the supporting Settle records, and decide what to do next without rebuilding the account story.
Try: “Find relevant open RFPs for our company and explain the fit.” Or ask which buying signals in your workspace deserve a closer look.
Try: “Summarize this buyer, the contacts we know, and the questions we still need to answer.” Open the linked Settle records to review context.
Try: “Review this response project and show what is still missing.” With changes enabled, use supported actions to prepare the work, then return to Settle for final review.
Settle + ChatGPT
Search RFPs and buying signals, inspect deadlines and available documents, and compare opportunities using the fit context available to your workspace.
Review tracked buyers, contacts, and related workspace information. Follow links back to Settle records to inspect the underlying context.
Retrieve reusable Library answers, review projects and outstanding questions, and work on response preparation using the knowledge your team has already assembled.
Connections start read-only. You can enable authorized changes for the connected chatbot, then use supported workspace actions. Final review and completion remain visible in Settle.
Getting connected
Requires access to ChatGPT’s Settle connection and an active Settle account associated with an organization. Available data and actions depend on your workspace permissions, entitlements, and connection consent. Connecting ChatGPT does not grant access to another organization.

Start with research. If you need workspace changes, enable them for that chatbot through the Settle consent flow.
A few details
Yes. The connection uses your Settle sign-in and a selected organization. Public RFP records can be researched through that connection, while private projects, signals, buyers, and company knowledge remain scoped to your authorized workspace.
Connections start read-only. You can enable supported changes for a specific chatbot through Settle’s consent flow. Access is still limited by your permissions and workspace entitlements.
The connection supports preparation, review, and export workflows, but completing or exporting a response does not deliver a proposal to a buyer. Use Settle’s existing review and completion flow for the final steps.
No. These are separate connections. ChatGPT accesses supported Settle workspace data and actions. HubSpot, Apollo, and Instantly are configured in Settle for their respective workflows; any direct ChatGPT connections to those providers are separate.
Keep the context moving
Use each connection on its own, or combine the steps that fit your sales process.
