DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will coordinate implementation of the Right at Home Targeted Homelessness Prevention Program across participating providers in San Mateo County and administer direct financial assistance on behalf of the program. Responsibilities will include day-to-day coordination with network partners, support for outreach and marketing efforts, communication and coordination among program partners, and assistance with program evaluation and reporting.

The Network Coordinator and Fiscal Agent will work closely with the Center on Homelessness to support consistent implementation of the Right at Home model and maintain fidelity to the program model. The vendor will serve as the primary point of coordination among the Center on Homelessness, supportive services providers, and the legal services provider; convene regular meetings of funded partners; and facilitate information sharing and problem-solving across the provider network.

The vendor will administer direct financial assistance funds in accordance with agency-approved policies and procedures. Questions must be submitted by August 25, 2026, and the pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 18, 2026.
