(1) Vendor needs to provide zoom phone system. – Agency is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to select a qualified vendor or Zoom–certified partner to implement a Zoom Phone cloud–based telephony system across all schools and administrative sites. • Provide and configure the following as part of a complete Zoom Phone deployment: – A cloud–hosted Zoom Phone platform using Zoom’s native infrastructure – Support for site–based call routing, including auto–attendants and call queues for each school or department – Voicemail–to–email, call forwarding, and voicemail transcription – Full support for Zoom softphones and mobile applications for staff – Administrative access to the Zoom Phone dashboard, including templates, usage reports, audit logs, and role–based permissions – Support for Microsoft Office integration, including calendar and contact syncing – Ability to import user, group, and site information from Microsoft Entra ID for use in Zoom Phone provisioning – Ability to write assigned Zoom Phone numbers back to Microsoft Entra ID, enabling phone numbers to be visible in user profiles and Microsoft 365 services (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 30, 2026.
