(1) Vendor needs to provide youth pilot program service. Consultants to design and implement a pilot program that creatively engages African American, urban, and other minority youth and educates them on the diverse career opportunities available in Alabama’s commercial construction industry. Services To Be Performed: Conduct a discovery phase to identify barriers, perceptions, and motivations among African American youth regarding construction careers. Review and leverage existing agency messaging, digital assets, and partnerships. Develop a Pilot Program Strategy Document that defines goals, audience insights, engagement methods, and measurable outcomes. Identify key communities, schools, and organizations for pilot implementation. Develop a unique campaign identity aligned with agency’s brand but customized for the target audience. Create culturally resonant messaging and visuals that celebrate pride, progress, and opportunity in construction. Recommend innovative outreach channels—such as local influencers, youth ambassadors, digital storytelling platforms, live activations, and content collaborations. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 15, 2025.
