(1) Vendor needs to provide youth media services.– Provide the following services:– Recruit, train and supervise youth in the production of all media.– Work with youth to develop and execute their ideas for media.– Supervise the youth's creation of media, ensuring that the youth are the primary creators and that all media– Provide the production and post–production locations and all equipment necessary for creation of media content and must ensure that the equipment is used safely and appropriately by the youth.– Must obtain any necessary permits, talent releases, copyright permissions or other legal permissions to air content on cable and social platforms(2) An optional pre–submission conference will be held on March 4, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than March 6, 2026.
