The Judicial Council in California is seeking a qualified vendor or entity with demonstrated expertise in youth courts, also known as peer courts, to undertake a comprehensive project. This project involves creating a directory and database of youth courts within California, ensuring that all required information is compiled and made accessible for the Judicial Council.
The selected vendor will be responsible for drafting a detailed report that provides an overview of Youth Courts, as well as preparing and delivering a presentation of data and report findings. This presentation is expected to be capable of being recorded. Furthermore, the vendor must design and develop a written plan—incorporating feedback from Judicial Council staff—for collecting directory information and implement this plan to collect and compile the necessary data. The resultant updated database and summary findings are to be provided to the Judicial Council.
The contract will cover a period of one year. All questions regarding the RFP are to be submitted by March 20, 2026.
