A vendor is sought to design and host an interactive youth career exploration event in Texas. The event should feature hands-on career activities, exposure to a broad range of industries, and practical career-readiness sessions such as networking, resume writing, and interview preparation. A focal point of the event will be highlighting various career pathways, including the education requirements, certifications, internships, and apprenticeships aligned with the Target Occupations List (TOL).

The selected vendor will be responsible for identifying and coordinating event partners and volunteers, defining roles for event facilitation, and developing an engaging agenda with strong industry representation. The event must uphold ADA compliance and provide reasonable accommodations. Additionally, the vendor will design an outreach and recruitment plan, manage participant registration, and foster engagement with local schools and community organizations to ensure robust youth participation.
