(1) Vendor needs to provide young adult strategies development services including industry standard education statewide that promotes substance misuse prevention of alcohol and other drugs for young adults between 18 and 25 years of age who are entering, or currently in, the Workforce. The Contractor must assemble a young adult advisory council, or maintain the current council, that meets on a monthly basis to assist with marketing, recruiting participants, and implementing the program. The Contractor must ensure individuals gain knowledge of early intervention, treatment and recovery resources; as well as supports and coping mechanisms to prevent and reduce substance misuse and other mental health issues. Website and Social Media: The Contractor must work with the Department’s Communications bureau to ensure that any social media or website designed, created, or managed on behalf of the department meets all department and department of information technology website and social media requirements and policies. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 8, 2026.
