The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) is seeking a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to undertake the construction of a new Community Living Center (CLC) Phase III at the West Texas VA Healthcare System (WTVAHCS) in Big Spring, Texas.
