The Bureau of Reclamation’s Missouri Basin Regional Office is seeking qualified contractors to perform demolition and installation of vault toilet buildings along the Miracle Mile section of the North Platte River in Carbon County, Wyoming. The project includes removing four existing vault toilets and their cement pads, and supplying, delivering, and installing three single vault toilet buildings and one double vault toilet building. Each new precast concrete vault toilet will include all required components such as building, roof, vault, liner, and associated elements.
Contractors will be responsible for all aspects of the work, including demolition and legal disposal or recycling of materials, locating underground utilities, backfilling and compacting soil, sloping and grading for proper drainage, and upgrading accessible parking spaces with appropriate signage and site improvements. Additional requirements include removal of waste generated by construction, proper site grading, and integration of rocks into the existing landscape as specified.
The project is set aside exclusively for small businesses and will utilize simplified acquisition procedures. The estimated value of the construction ranges from $100,000 to $250,000, with all quotations to be submitted according to instructions and deadlines provided through SAM.gov.
