The procuring organization seeks a vendor to provide sustainment, support, and enhancement services for the Army Contract Writing System (ACWS), the Army’s enterprise-wide acquisition platform used by more than 9,000 contracting personnel worldwide. The system supports unclassified, classified, and disconnected-state missions across the Army Contracting Enterprise.
