An organization is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive web application services encompassing UX/UI design, development, testing, deployment, hosting, and ongoing maintenance. The selected vendor will be responsible for refining existing prototypes and designs developed during an initial phase, and then advancing these into fully functional web application solutions.

Core requirements include implementing a multilingual support system with architecture for all six UN languages, launching with full support for English, French, and Spanish, alongside AI-powered machine translation for user-generated content. The solution should feature a unified, searchable database consolidating affiliates, members, practices, resources, and updates, with robust two-level filtering capabilities.

Additional expectations cover streamlined application and authentication processes, integrating SSO, multi-factor authentication, pre-application onboarding, progress saving, and support for team collaboration. The platform must also incorporate a modern content management system with role-based access and automated workflows, as well as a revised, flattened information architecture (3–4 levels) and responsive navigation. All UX/UI designs and prototypes are to be developed to high-fidelity standards, building on initial wireframes produced in Phase 0.
