Kansas is seeking a qualified vendor to manage the planning and production of World Cup community watch parties and cultural celebration events. The scope includes organizing watch parties for selected World Cup matches, particularly those featuring the national team and the base camp team. Services required encompass event planning, execution, and integration of cultural programming that reflects both the base camp team’s heritage and global soccer traditions.

Responsibilities include all aspects of event production such as staging, audio/visual equipment, and large screen setup. The vendor will coordinate with local artists, performers, cultural organizations, and vendors to ensure community engagement and authentic cultural representation. Additionally, the vendor should facilitate food, beverage, and merchandise opportunities that support local businesses.

The selected partner must develop strategies for crowd management, safety, and city regulation compliance, as well as implement effective marketing and community outreach. After each event, post-event reports are required, capturing attendance data and estimating economic impact.
