(1) Vendor needs to provide workforce talent attraction strategy consultant services.– Services including consultation and strategic development, maintenance of workforce recruitment systems, providing custom content and lead generation strategy implementation, rural community talent attraction capacity building, and ongoing reporting and conversion tracking.– Provide a day–to–day contact responsible for overall contract management and project management.– Provide recommendations to inform the development and implementation of a statewide talent attraction and infrastructure strategy.– Develop and implement regional trainings that increase utilization of existing candidate marketplace, community, and employer engagement.– Create lead generation and content/asset guides for state and local partners to target prospective residents. – Ability to work with established State programs, processes and marketing and public relations vendors.– Influence new marketing designed to achieve targeted workforce recruitment goals.– Utilize workforce and labor data to recommend workforce recruitment strategies and targets that meet needs.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
