A consultant is sought to provide comprehensive workforce talent attraction strategy services in North Dakota. The consultant will be responsible for strategic planning, ongoing management of workforce recruitment systems, and the implementation of custom content and lead generation strategies. Key responsibilities include supporting rural community talent attraction capacity building, producing regular reports with conversion tracking, and serving as the main point of contact for contract and project management.
The consultant will offer expertise and recommendations to inform both statewide and regional workforce attraction and infrastructure strategies. Duties also encompass the development and delivery of regional trainings aimed at increasing engagement with the candidate marketplace, as well as community and employer partners. Additionally, the selected consultant will create lead generation and content guides for state and local workforce recruitment efforts, collaborate with established state programs and vendors, and support the creation of effective workforce marketing initiatives.
Utilizing workforce and labor data, the consultant will recommend strategies and targets to meet talent recruitment needs. This engagement will be for a one-year contract period.
