Seeking a managed service provider for support, configuration, and enhancement of Workforce Software suite in Colorado.
(1) Vendor needs to provide workforce software managed support solution. • The managed service partner would help us develop new solutions, test new configurations, resolve technical issues and assist with deployment of new workforce products • Managed service provider (MSP) in support of the work force software suite, including time and attendance, absence management, scheduling, and related modules • Ensure stable, secure, and high–performing Workforce Software operations. • Provide expert support for users, configuration, and integration. • Enable continuous enhancement aligned with business strategy. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and union rules through system configuration. • Problem resolution and root cause analysis • Functional support to HR, Payroll, Operations, and Line Managers • Ticket management (via ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira) • Custom reports and dashboard creation • Monitoring and troubleshooting of integrations (e.g., ERP, Payroll, HRIS) • Support for APIs, middleware, and flat–file exchanges • Coordination and deployment of system updates from Workforce Software (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 5, 2026.
