A managed service provider is sought to deliver comprehensive support, configuration, and ongoing enhancement for the Workforce Software suite in Colorado. The partner will be responsible for developing new solutions, testing and deploying configurations, resolving technical issues, and assisting with the rollout of new Workforce products. The scope of support includes core modules such as time and attendance, absence management, scheduling, and other related functionalities.
Key responsibilities include ensuring stable, secure, and high-performing Workforce Software operations; expert user support; configuration and integration management; and continuous system enhancements aligned with organizational business strategies. The provider will also ensure system compliance with labor laws and union rules through proper configuration, as well as deliver problem resolution, root cause analysis, and functional support to HR, Payroll, Operations, and Line Managers.
Additional services will involve ticket management using ITSM tools, custom report and dashboard creation, monitoring and troubleshooting integrations with systems like ERP, Payroll, and HRIS, as well as supporting APIs, middleware, and flat-file exchanges. The managed service partner will coordinate and deploy system updates issued by Workforce Software.
