The vendor will be responsible for providing workforce financial solutions, including support and administration of financial aid assistance for eligible participants in workforce, education, and support services. The services are intended to supplement workforce solutions career services by managing vendor billing, payments, and supporting financial aid policies and necessary reporting requirements.

The selected Subrecipient will receive, review, and process vendor invoices and payment requests using Board-approved electronic billing and payment systems. They will also be tasked with monitoring system data for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness, working collaboratively with system partners to resolve issues affecting payments, reporting, or compliance. Workforce Solutions plays a key role in assisting individuals with job search support, job referrals, placement, career planning, and direct financial assistance for eligible individuals.

All inquiries regarding this RFP must be submitted by April 7, 2026. The contract period will span one year and a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on April 2, 2026.
