(1) Vendor needs to provide workforce development strategy baseline assessment services. – Perform this baseline assessment of the state of the workforce development ecosystem within our service territory. – Project will require a contractor to both characterize the existing web of resources, actors, and trends within the industries we seek to influence as well as within the industry of workforce development itself. – Determine the energy workforce development industry stakeholders throughout agency service territory. – Determine the energy workforce development resources available to contractors and other businesses throughout agency service territory. (2) Intent to bid due on December 10, 2025. (3) All questions must be submitted no later than December 10, 2025.
