The government authority in Texas is seeking a vendor to manage and operate workforce centers throughout the region. The chosen provider will deliver direct job seeker and business services across workforce programs and design an integrated service delivery system tailored to community needs. Achieving or exceeding established performance measures is a key expectation for this initiative.
The selected firm will foster close partnerships with local businesses, educational institutions, and community organizations to enhance overall service quality. Responsibilities include outreach and recruitment for new and existing employers, employee placement and recruitment services, job order assistance using the work-in-Texas online system, as well as providing local labor market, economic, and unemployment information. The provider must demonstrate capacity to adapt services as new workforce programs are introduced.

• Expertise in delivering comprehensive job seeker and employer services
• Strong local partnerships with businesses, educational institutions, and community groups
• Capability to adapt to new programs and evolving workforce needs
