(1) Vendor needs to provide workflow management system development and implementation services.– Develop, test, and implement a workflow management system utilizing the Salesforce software platform and provide ongoing maintenance and support.– The new Salesforce solution will replace the current manual SharePoint and Excel–based process, improving efficiency, security, scalability, and accuracy.– System implementation, hosting, and ongoing maintenance and support.– Task Management. Automating the flow of tasks for a case between consumers, HCA3, insurer case managers, and case managers.– Case Creation. Automating the case creation process from submission by consumers through to assignment.– External Review Assignment. Auto assigning cases and ensuring that cases are reviewed within required timeframes.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 22, 2025.
