The state of Pennsylvania is seeking a qualified vendor to develop and implement a workflow management system leveraging the Salesforce software platform. This new system is intended to replace existing manual processes currently managed via SharePoint and Excel, with the goal of enhancing efficiency, security, scalability, and accuracy.

The scope of work includes the development, testing, and deployment of the Salesforce-based workflow solution, as well as ongoing system maintenance and support. Key functionalities to be delivered include automated task management—streamlining the flow of tasks among consumers, HCA3, insurer case managers, and case managers—automated case creation from consumer submission through case assignment, and automated external review assignment to ensure timely case reviews.
