The state of Oregon is seeking a qualified vendor to implement and host a modern, secure Workers’ Compensation Information System. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing the necessary software and associated services to support the Division’s business processes through an integrated and adaptable solution. The system should be scalable and able to accommodate future operational changes within the division.

Key responsibilities include developing enterprise architecture artifacts using the TOGAF framework—such as integration architecture, infrastructure matrices, network diagrams, and application catalogs. The vendor must facilitate thorough stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle, including providing user training and support for both internal and external users. The project also requires data conversion and migration from existing applications in accordance with the division’s migration plans and the integration of the new system with multiple ancillary and partner systems.

The solution should offer robust data security features, integration capabilities, single sign-on functionality within a centralized platform, and role-based access controls. Additionally, the vendor will support the development of end-user materials and collaborative processes for a smooth transition to the new system.
