(1) Vendor needs to provide workers’ compensation information system.– Procurement of software and related services required for implementation and hosting of a modern, integrated solution that provides the functionality to support the Division’s business processes. – Software is expected to be scalable and adaptable to future changes for the division.– Develop key enterprise architecture artifacts following the TOGAF framework, including but not limited to an integration architecture, infrastructure matrix, network diagrams, and application catalog.– Engage with relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including user training and support for those internal and external to the division.– Conduct data conversion and migration from existing applications to the solution in alignment with the division conversion and migration plan.– Implement the solution with go–live and transition activities to include integration with multiple ancillary and partner systems and the support and collaboration for building division end–user support materials.– Single sign–on to centralized platform framework.– Role–based access control (RBAC).– Integration platform.– Robust security functionality and data security protections.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2025.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 12, 2025.
