A qualified vendor is sought to provide comprehensive Workday application maintenance services for ongoing support, optimization, and evolution of the Workday platform in Alberta. The selected Application Maintenance Services (AMS) Partner will deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 functional and technical support across modules currently in use, including Finance, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Adaptive.

Key responsibilities include incident resolution, root cause analysis, issue tracking, and providing configuration support for business processes, condition rules, and security roles. The partner will document resolutions and changes to ensure effective knowledge transfer. Additional duties involve thorough review and assessment of Workday's semi-annual updates, conducting impact analysis, configuration testing, deployment planning, and offering post-release support. This includes coordinating stakeholder communications and providing training where necessary.

The vendor will also be responsible for unit and regression testing of configuration or integration changes, maintenance of integrations with payroll providers, financial systems, and benefits carriers, as well as development and modification of custom reports. Advisory services to improve dashboards and insights, along with support for reporting and metrics using Workday tools or Power BI, are also required. All vendor questions must be submitted by October 29, 2025.
