The government authority in Brownsville, Texas is seeking proposals from qualified firms to design, deploy, and manage an exclusive bulk Internet Wi-Fi system to service approximately 632 RV lots within Isla Blanca Park. The selected vendor will provide all necessary infrastructure to support the Wi-Fi system and will be responsible for ensuring minimum download speeds of 10 Mbps and upload speeds of 2 Mbps per connected device, available 24/7, even during peak usage times.
