A holiday event in Wisconsin is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive lighting services for its Wild Lights celebration. The event will showcase animal-themed décor, including both 2D and 3D animal light sculptures, immersive light shows, architectural lighting, and designated photo areas.

The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying and installing a variety of elements such as light strings, decorations, animal sculptures, spotlights, light tunnels, speakers, and all necessary sound equipment. Additionally, the vendor will ensure provision of electricity, power outlets, and extension cords required for the display. Collaboration with the Special Events Manager and the Marketing and Communications Director will be necessary to ensure a cohesive and engaging experience.

Services will include the setup and removal of all lighting and décor components, as well as integration of appropriate music to enhance the event ambiance.
