(1) Vendor needs to provide whistleblowing portal solution. • The solution will have multiple intake methods to receive both anonymous and non–anonymous complaints, including by phone, in writing, and online. • Questionable financial, internal accounting controls or audit practices; • Solution will have the ability to accept complaints in languages other than English, if required and will accommodate individuals requiring accessible reporting formats • Have dashboard for tracking complaints, resolution timelines, and trends. • Implement end–to–end encryption and secure data storage with details of geographical data storage location data. • Provide training materials and a support plan. • Have the ability to support future expansion, including the ability to configure and deploy customizable intake forms for additional hospital purposes.
