(1) Vendor needs to provide west avenue complete streets study services to the government authority located in Albany, NY.– Complete streets design, improved access to public transit, and infrastructure cost sharing are possible solutions to consider to most effectively integrate these approaches within the specific context of the West Avenue corridor.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
