SUNY–DHSU is seeking a vendor to provide a web-based hiring platform designed to enhance HR functions through automation, analytics, and employer branding. The platform should offer access to a global network of over one billion professionals, leveraging unique data, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to attract top talent.

Key requirements include automated job postings by pulling vacancies directly from SUNY–DHSU's applicant tracking system, and managing them via job slots. The system must support at least one manager seat for overseeing job postings within the platform. Features should also include advanced search and candidate matching tools, enhanced messaging capabilities for building candidate relationships, and robust collaboration tools for managing pipelines of both active and passive candidates.

The platform should provide a customizable employer branding profile, capable of showcasing videos, employee testimonials, culture information, and automatically displaying open roles. Comprehensive analytics are required, including conversion tracking throughout the hiring funnel—such as impressions, application clicks, and hires—and organization-wide dashboards to monitor recruiter activity, candidate engagement, and campaign effectiveness. The initial contract will be for a one-year period.
