(1) Vendor needs to provide website video hosting and support services using WordPress.– Provides live coverage on the cable system, website and social media accounts of a variety of public meetings.– Send web encoders a 1080i video signal with embedded audio.– Two live streams, 24/7.– Adaptive Live Bitrates.– Display of 608/708 live captions coming from EEG caption encoders.– The Contractor shall provide, implement, and maintain a WordPress integration plugin that establishes a secure, direct connection between the Contractor’s video management and streaming platform and the WordPress website.– Content must meet technical accessibility standard WCAG 2.1 Level AA under Title II of the ADA for web and mobile app accessibility.– Ensure live streams and archived content reach desktop, mobile and set–top internet devices on a wide variety of web browsers.– Ability to schedule, stop and pause live recordings.– Ability to simulcast live streams to social media platforms, including Facebook and YouTube.– The majority of live events covered by have 25–50 simultaneous live viewers.– However, some controversial hearings have had hundreds of simultaneous live viewers.– Maintain current archive size of 11.2 TB.– Ability to increase archive by approximately 1 TB/year.– Ability to edit live recordings to remove recorded sections prior to the start and after the end of hearings, as well as any breaks during the hearings.– Ability to include meeting agendas and images that users can view or download.– Ability to publish/edit agenda points so viewers can jump to specific points in the meeting.– Ability to search the CVTV archive through categories or word searches of titles, dates, descriptions or agenda items.– Provide any costs required for migration of database, media content, playback connection and streaming encoders. Include costs associated with current providers, Inventus and Site Crafting, for assisting with the migration.– Provide time estimates for migration.– Provide overview or training outline for new content management system.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 13, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
