A France-based agency is seeking an experienced vendor to provide comprehensive website services using the Drupal CMS. The scope of work encompasses upgrading, maintaining, managing hosting, and redesigning the agency's website.

Key responsibilities include updating both production and pre-production servers, keeping operating systems, PHP versions, libraries, and configurations current. The selected vendor will enhance search functionalities such as Elasticsearch, ensuring efficient performance, and manage database updates and migrations without loss of content or taxonomies. Security hardening and the implementation of best-practice measures are required throughout the process.

The assignment involves a visual design refresh based on the agency’s newly established visual identity, as well as improvements to templates, icons, typography, vignettes, and other graphics. Updates to the homepage, news blocks, and select templates must reflect modern UX/UI standards. The vendor will propose a hosting management model and guarantee uninterrupted service during migration and redesign phases.

Ongoing duties include monthly technical checks, performance reviews, timely application of security updates, troubleshooting, bug fixes, and flexible support for minor improvements or UX/UI refinements.
