(1) Vendor needs to provide website updates and maintenance services.– Platform updates: the contractor will coordinate schedules for website updates with the to bring the website up to the latest stable release version. – includes applying updates to the Mayan application, as well as coordinating with staff on any or cloud services updates needed to maintain current with supported versions. – Updates will occur semi–annually, or as soon as a stable critical security release becomes available or if the underlying AWS platform requires any mandatory updates prior to the regular semi–annual update cycle. – Operational monitoring to ensure the website is online and functioning properly. – Tuning and performance optimization. – Work with IT staff to create a new sub–domain, and migrate the existing website to use the new sub–domain, including any necessary security certificates or other supporting steps required to implement this change. – Contractor will configure the current website software to ensure the existing system built–in search functionality of the Mayan platform is operating as designed and modify any configuration options to meet the search requirements if possible. – This will include any configuration updates required, as well as any document or database reindexing or other steps required. – Implement a friendly, intuitive website landing page, utilizing the Mayan APIs, that has search bar on top, with clear instructions about how to use website. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 31, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
