Maryland is seeking experienced vendors to provide comprehensive website sustainment and maintenance services utilizing a content management system (CMS). The selected contractor will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing functionality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the website, including maintaining its registered domain name. The website must be aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, and accessible on mobile devices, in accordance with defined standards.

Key responsibilities include maintaining a secure website using HTTPS, managing and updating content using a CMS capable of handling various media formats such as text, graphics, videos, animations, and sounds, and ensuring adherence to Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices. The vendor should be proficient in developing custom web objects, animations, graphics, and user interfaces predominantly using HTML, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript, with occasional use of PHP, SQL, and SML.

Additional duties involve creating new web pages and links within the existing site design and infrastructure, maintaining cloud architecture, implementing security measures, and managing code version controls. The contractor will also be responsible for integrating and managing social media accounts and an independently procured Talent Acquisition Software Service application on the website.
