(1) Vendor needs to provide website service for sale and distribution. • Create an online rain barrel promotional, sales and distribution website or webpage designed specifically for the city • Pre–sale of rain barrels including e–commerce purchasing ability to accept checks and credit cards. • List rain barrel event date, time, pick–up location, cost, limit one rain barrel per household and purchase deadline. • Include a video with a demonstration on ease of loading the rain barrel into a standard sedan and instructions for installation. • Maintain webpage with current event information. • Provide templates and photographs for advertise and promote rain barrel sale event. • Provide E–commerce ability to receive and process credit card or check payments for a maximum of 123 rain barrels • Secure Resident information including name, address, telephone, and email. • Send text message confirming pick–up appointment at least once prior to event. • Send email purchase confirmation and at least one courtesy email reminder prior to event.
