(1) Vendor needs to provide website revision services.– The website shall support full keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, appropriate color contrast, and accessible form fields and error messaging.– All licensure–related workflows, including applications, renewals, disciplinary information and public license verification shall be fully accessible.– The contractor shall ensure all posted documents, including PDFs, are properly tagged and accessible, with HTML alternatives provided where appropriate.– Document management, public access, and meeting notifications.– The website shall include a centralized, searchable document repository for board rules, statutes, policies, meeting materials, disciplinary actions and guidance documents.– The website shall include integration points and accessible pathways that allow users to securely access the existing licensing system for applications, renewals, status checks, and related services.– The website shall provide prominently displayed help resources, FAQs, and clear contact information for licensing, compliance, practice and education, and administration.– Meeting notices shall be clearly visible on the website homepage or designated meetings page and shall include meeting date, time, location or virtual access information, and agenda when available.– The website shall support timely posting of board meeting agendas, minutes, and decisions in compliance with applicable public notice and transparency requirements.(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 04, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
