(1) Vendor needs to provide website redevelopment services using content management system.– Develop a new high quality website that provides teachers and students with access to quality digital resources for teaching and learning. – Site must enable teachers to upload, manage and share digital learning objects through the portal. – CMS must support multi–language content management, SEO optimisation tools, and mobile–responsive design. – Includes visual redesign, information architecture, and mobile–first responsive layout. – Provide an effective, flexible content management system for the agency team to efficiently manage and maintain all page content on Scoilnet.ie and any potential microsites that might be developed in the future. – Platform must integrate generative–AI functions that support the discovery, organisation, adaptation, and accessibility of educational resources. – Website will require information architecture (IA) design and planning prior to any interface design or content migration– A modern visual design will be an important element of the new website (with integrated repository). (2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 3, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for four years.
