Vendor needs to provide website design, development and migration support services needs to be redesigned using mobile first web design principles, reformatting as needed for smartphone, tablet and desktop monitor screen sizes. Ideally it would be redesigned to use a front–end framework like Bootstrap. - Discovery & Planning – Audit site content, analytics, and technical environment. – Define success metrics and analytics plan. - Design & Development – Create an accessible, component–based design system. – Build responsive templates for the homepage, general interior pages, staff/faculty pages, academic program pages, and others as needed/recommended. – Build an interactive Program Finder page that lets users search, filter, and compare programs, degrees and certificates based on their interests and career goals. – Implement required integrations (Ellucian Recruit/Banner, blogs.nmc.edu, calendars, Career Coach, Issue, Smug Mug, College Raptor, You Visit, Panoptic/Vimeo/YouTube). - Content Migration – Provide automated or assisted migration options and costs for each. – Map existing content to new templates and implement redirects. - Testing & Launch – Conduct accessibility and performance audits. – Support deployment, DNS cutover, and 30–90 days of post–launch support. - Documentation – Deliver all design files, code, and technical documentation needed for ongoing maintenance. – Primary Objectives - Flexible, Modular Framework: Build reusable, responsive templates and content blocks that allow non–technical staff to easily update and expand site content. - Content Migration: Ensure seamless migration of existing content with redirects, quality assurance, and minimal downtime. - Systems Integration: Retain and improve connections with core systems including Ellucian Recruit, Banner, blogs.nmc.edu, R25 calendars, time.ly, Career Coach, Issue, Smug Mug, College Raptor, and You Visit. - Accessibility and Compliance: Ensure full alignment with accessibility standards and Agency internal IT and data security requirements. - SEO and Performance: Implement best practices for Core Web Vitals, SEO, and generative AI visibility to enhance search rankings and overall performance. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 27, 2026.
