The revamped website must feature a clean, intuitive, and visually cohesive design that enhances navigation, searchability, and overall user experience. It should also support digital service delivery and offer public engagement tools tailored for modern digital government.

The selected Content Management System (CMS) must enable the creation, editing, publishing, scheduling, archiving, and removal of content. It should offer role-based permissions, workflow approval processes, version control, and content history tracking. Additional CMS requirements include document upload and organization capabilities, as well as scalability and upgradability without major redevelopment.

The project also includes the provision of secure and reliable hosting services, with a requirement for ongoing support to ensure website functionality and accessibility. All vendor questions are to be submitted by April 2, 2026.
