A North Carolina agency is seeking a qualified vendor to lead a comprehensive redesign of its website utilizing the WordPress content management system. This project aims to modernize the agency’s digital presence, improve user experience, and boost engagement across diverse audience segments. The scope of work entails all phases of the redesign process, including discovery, CMS development and build, user interface/user experience improvements, navigation optimization, content strategy and optimization, site performance enhancement, SEO, and the provision of training and documentation.

Vendors will be expected to analyze current website data and user behavior using Google Analytics to identify existing pain points and areas for improvement. The new WordPress site should leverage the CMS’s open-source flexibility and scalability to provide streamlined content updates, enhanced site speed, and strong accessibility.
