(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign service with robust CMS– Agency requires a new website capable of supporting its diverse program objectives, partners, and communities, that incorporates current state of art technology consistent with latest industry standards and protocols for user interface, back–end structure and navigation, ADA compliance as well as reliable and an easy–to–use yet robust industry standard Content Management System (CMS) platform.
