Vendor needs to provide website redesign, implementation and development service using CMS. Redesign, develop, and implement a new website that will serve as the primary digital platform; Improve user experience and accessibility; Modernize design and technology infrastructure; Enhance content management capabilities; Ensure mobile responsiveness across all devices; Improve site performance and security; User research and persona development; Content audit and migration strategy; Information architecture development; Visual design concepts (minimum 2–3 options); Style guide and design system; Responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile; Wireframes and prototypes; User interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design; Content migration from existing website; Content strategy recommendations; Support for content creation and optimization; Deployment strategy; Post–launch monitoring; 24 months of warranty/support period; Virtual tours/360 views; Web–based fillable forms (replace/supplement PDFs); Platforms: YouTube, Vimeo, other public hosts; custom player option; Content/technical updates; Security patches (NIST 800–40); Automated optimization.
