The selected vendor will provide comprehensive website redesign, development, implementation, and migration services utilizing a WordPress content management system. The primary objectives are to modernize the current website, consolidate information, and enhance both navigation and visual appeal to effectively support the organization's mission and boost public engagement.

The redesigned website must feature a modern, user-centered interface that aligns with current web design trends and meets accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1). The new site should be fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, with a simplified navigation structure to ensure easy access to information. Integration of third–party tools and platforms (such as Applicant Pro, Diligent Community, Gravity Forms, and specific live data links) is required. Additionally, the vendor will be responsible for migrating all critical content from the existing website and providing training for approximately ten staff members on content management and SEO best practices.
