(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign development, hosting, update and migration service using content management system. • Website re–design will improve the district’s online presence, better communicate with residents and promote transparency through easier access to information. • Enhances the district online presence, aligning with and promoting the municipality’s brand. • Provide a project plan and timeline outlining the discovery, design, development, content migration plan and deployment of the new website. • Provide prototypes, wireframes and/or mock–ups for review. • A user–friendly navigation system including menus that are available on every page. • Provide the ability to easily create short URLs. • Webpages should be designed in a way that is printer friendly. • Ability to archive webpages. • The website should incorporate accessibility features, for example options to change font sizes, use keyboard inputs and be screen reader friendly. • A user–friendly Content Management System (CMS) that is non–proprietary • Include access to easy–to–use website analytics, site statistics, as well as communication and marketing metrics features.
