(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign, development, hosting, modernization, implementation and content migration service using content management system. • Improve Content Management: Implement a robust, user–friendly content management system (CMS) with drag–and–drop authoring, simplified content creation/editing. • Optimize Performance & Security: Ensure the new site is mobile–friendly, loads quickly (under 3 seconds), is accessible (WCAG 2.1 AA compliant), secure, optimized for search engines (SEO), and answer engines (AEO)/chatbots. • Support One–Call–For–All Initiative: Seamlessly connect with comprehensive customer service program, integrating live chat, web–based inquiries, and service directory alignment. • Implement an extensive Content Management System (CMS) with drag–and–drop authoring. • Configure SEO, AEO, analytics (GA4), and reporting features (i.e., Looker Studio). • Migrate existing content (text, PDFs, images) from the current AWS database and media directory to the new site. • Provide meta descriptions and alt tags for all page and media content. • Implement a comprehensive redirect strategy from existing URLs to new ones. • Enhance User Experience: Provide intuitive navigation, clear pathways to information, and streamlined access to services for residents, visitors, and businesses.
