The organization seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive website redesign, development, hosting, implementation, and migration services using a content management system (CMS). The goal is to create a website that actively supports the downtown visitation experience and local economic activity, reduces friction from discovery to arrival, strengthens district identity, and serves downtown businesses and stakeholders through a more dynamic, user-friendly platform.

Key elements of the project include improving visitor experience in Downtown Littleton, clearly showcasing businesses, events, and activities, translating the agency brand into a cohesive digital design, developing the visual look and feel of the website, and creating intuitive page layouts and user interface designs. Vendors are expected to recommend site structure and layout based on user experience best practices and ensure the final design is easy to update and modify.

Additional features required are a map highlighting businesses, parking, and points of interest, seasonal landing pages, newsletter sign-up functionality integrated with email platforms, social media integration, mobile-friendly design, accessibility compliance, and a search engine–friendly site structure.
