(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign, development and hosting service using CMS. • Rebuild of entire site: Athlete Profiles, Coach Hub, Safe Sport, Events, Governance Hub, Youth Hub with 100% content migration and validation reports • Staff–Managed CMS: Simple workflows (draft/review/approve/publish), version history, editorial calendar, drag–drop builder, 3–year licensing • Design: Mobile–first (sub–1–second loads), accessible, bilingual single–source, wireframes/mock–ups approved pre–build • Hosting: Canadian data centres, multi–site capable, 99.9% uptime, Docker/CI–CD, full portability documentation • Key Features: live scores, Smart Schedules, personalized dashboard, Youth Hub • Integrations: Centralized live sports data hub, app continuity, geo–targeted revenue modules (optional) • Security/Analytics: compliant, GA4 dashboards, smart search, 90–day warranty– The solution shall be built on a modern, scalable, and secure technical architecture.– A modern front–end framework (e.g., Next.js or equivalent) and modular styling system (e.g., Tailwind or equivalent).– The Vendor shall deliver a full rebuild of the website using a widely adopted, open–source content management system (CMS), that permits full third–party export of all content, data, schemas, and configurations.
