Vendor needs to provide Website Redesign, Development and Configuration Services Using content management systems. – Design – Review/validate requirements with working group – Platform(s) Review & Recommendation – must work in both French and English – Open to one or multiple platforms to meet the needs – Include platform cost, level of technical expertise and resources required for maintenance – Information Architecture & Content Strategy (e.g site map and navigation structure/ opportunities to simplify or consolidate content) – Development – Website Design and configuration – Provide recommendations on content migration – Accessibility, Testing & Quality Assurance (e.g. AODA compliance)
