A Georgia agency is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive website redesign, development, hosting, and implementation services. The project aims to create a student-focused website with visually engaging design, intuitive navigation for prospective undergraduate and graduate students, and the seamless integration of affiliate and intranet sites, all while maintaining consistent alignment with the agency’s core branding. The new website should feature clear calls to action and utilize available mockups that demonstrate the desired homepage aesthetics.
The scope of work includes the integration of affiliate sites such as News, Athletics, and Alumni, ensuring they extend and complement the main branding. The intranet must cater to internal audiences—including current students, faculty, and staff—by providing essential tools like registration and tuition payment systems, and a distinct news feature on its homepage. Additional requirements involve an unbiased recommendation for both a web content management platform and a web hosting platform, implementation of a robust global search (excluding duplicate and certain internal content), popup modals with contact information for news story authors, dedicated blog pages for Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions, and fully optimized ADA accessibility meeting at least WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
The vendor is expected to utilize a CMS layout builder with support for paragraphs, develop pagination capabilities for stories and event announcements, and implement the ability to toggle sound on/off in landing page hero videos. All project-related questions should be submitted by November 21, 2025.
