(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign, developing, hosting and implement service. • Agency seeks to redesign website with student–focused visuals, clear navigation for prospective students, and integrated affiliate or intranet sites that align with core branding. • Simple navigation and clear calls to action for prospective students seeking undergraduate and graduate programs are key and mockups are available that show desired homepage look/feel • Affiliate websites (like News, Athletics and Alumni) should weave seamlessly into this design and expand upon the core university branding, as should the intranet, which caters to internal audiences (current students, faculty and staff), provides essential tools (Registration, Tuition Payment, Connect, etc.) and displays a separate, news feature on its homepage. • Also requests an unbiased recommendation for the web content management platform, as well as a web hosting platform • Global search (excluding duplicate pages/“In the News“ clips, and internal content on the intranet). • Popup modals displaying contact info for authors in news stories. • A blog page built onto, each, the Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions places – space for updates, Q&As and timely announcements • Sites must be fully optimized for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility — specifically, WCAG, v.2.1, level AA, minimum. • Utilize CMS Layout builder with paragraphs • Develop ability to have pagination for stories, announcements/events • Ability to toggle sound on/off in landing page hero videos.
