(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign, developed, hosting, implementation, maintenance and support service using content management system. • A new website needs to better reflect brand identity, improve the user experience and enhance functionality • Mobile first design: The website must be easy to use and scalable for a variety of devices, with the primary device being a phone. • User–centered design: The website must be intuitive, streamlined and easy to navigate for a variety of users, especially riders and potential riders • Accessibility: The website must be compliant with ADA and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Version 2.2, Level AA guidelines. • Flexibility: The website must be designed and developed in a way that can build new pages, landing pages and make changes without losing the website’s integrity • Customer service receives less calls asking for information that people can find through website and other tools integrated into the website. • Modern CMS with structured content types, workflows, and permissions • Integrations: real–time data, Token Transit, alerts, Mailchimp, ERP, analytics • Homepage anchored to rider tasks: Plan a trip, Pay a fare, Get real–time updates • Analytics tracking for trip plans, alerts, fare purchases, careers clicks • Alerts and notifications with subscriber options (email, SMS, push) • Trip planning and real–time information (embedded prebuilt trip planner, real–time tracking, service alerts) (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 14, 2025 (3) The contract period will be for two years.
