Vendor needs to provide website redesign, branding and development service using CMS. • Develop a modern, accessible website design that reflects refreshed brand identity with updated color palettes, typography, imagery, and iconography as part of the redesign. • Ensure the design system is adaptable for use across future digital and print materials. • Provide design mock–ups for review and approval before development begins. • Build using an open–source CMS (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) suitable for easy content management by non–technical staff. Preferred option is Webflow. • Incorporate the structure and content inputs provided by Rare, including pre–defined navigation and page templates. • Ensure WCAG 2.1 or higher accessibility compliance. • Integrate analytics (Google Analytics 4 or equivalent). • Optimize for mobile, SEO, and fast loading speeds.
