The organization is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive website redesign, branding, and development services utilizing an open-source content management system (CMS). The selected vendor will be responsible for creating a modern and accessible website design that fully aligns with the refreshed brand identity. This includes updating color palettes, typography, imagery, and iconography, as well as establishing a design system adaptable for both digital and print materials.

As part of the project, the vendor will provide design mock-ups for review and approval prior to commencing development. The website must be built on a user-friendly open-source CMS, such as WordPress, Drupal, or preferably Webflow, to ensure that non-technical staff can easily manage content. The site will incorporate structure and content inputs from Rare, including pre-defined navigation and page templates.

Additional requirements include ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.1 or higher accessibility standards, integration of analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 (or equivalent), and optimizing the site for mobile devices, search engine performance, and fast loading speeds.
