The new site must be compatible with mobile devices, browsers, and social media platforms, and should improve public access to county information and services while aligning with federal and industry best practices.
The scope includes discovery and planning, design and user experience improvements, development on a secure and scalable CMS, accessibility compliance, security and compliance measures, and migration of content from the county’s existing website. The project also calls for training and documentation, with optional or preferred hosting and maintenance services.
The website should be architected to support future integration of AI chatbot solutions. All questions related to the solicitation must be submitted no later than June 1, 2026.
